Facilities and Details

The new Museum and Science Centre Tiima combines science, art, and history under one roof. The facilities are now finished, and the next step is setting up the exhibitions.

The building complex combines new architecture with protected buildings. The Myllytulli region is an old industry milieu that has turned into a modern neighborhood while holding onto its historic roots.

An architecture tendering was held for the design of the new building in 2022. The tender was won by Architect Firm OPUS Oy’s and Simon Mahringer’s proposal Loggia.
