Payment methods
All major debit and credit cards and cash are accepted.
Culture credit vouchers, such as Epassi, SmartumPay and the Edenred Virike card, are also accepted. The voucher payment methods are for personal use only and can only be used for your own ticket.
Museum Card and Kaiku Card holders have free admission to Tiima. Please note that there may be restrictions on some events, in which case the Museum Card and Kaiku Card may not be valid as an admission ticket.

Groups
Groups can also visit Tiima from Tuesday to Friday between 9:00 and 11:00 from 12 October to 18 December by advance booking. Morning visits usually require booking a guided tour, workshop or presentation. For groups of more than 100 people, a self-guided morning visit may also be arranged. Availability depends on other group bookings for the day.
Booking terms for groups
Please book your group visit during our opening hours at least 14 days before the date of your visit.
Private events and other visits or events taking place outside our opening hours must be booked at least 21 days before the date of the visit.
